She generously included everyone’s accomplishments and adventures. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Peter Lentini. She is survived by her four children, of whom she was so proud, Anne, Jeremy, John and Justin; three sisters, Janet Halle of West Newton, Sally Cull (her loving pen pal) of Belfair, WA, and Bonnie (Dev) Lemster of Greentree; and his sister-in-law, JoAnn Lentini of New York. A sincere thank you to Pastor Reggie and his wife Wendy, and to the special assistants and doctors who helped Hazel along the way. Per his request, there will be no viewing.
