Remember that video from earlier this year showing a “reimagined” version of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time in Unreal Engine 5? Well, the same 3D designer – RwanLink – is back, with another video.

While the previous one gave us a “next-gen” look at Lake Hylia, this one focuses on Zora’s domain. We see Link in youth and adult forms, and a long cutscene is followed by some early gameplay footage. According to the description of the video, the creator spent 1,200 hours over the past four and a half months (18 weeks) to do the same.

“I have personally worked on this video for 1200 hours over the past four and a half months. (18 weeks) My deadline was to finish it before July as I am moving and didn’t want to be in the middle of a Hope that you will appreciate the tremendous amount of work that went into making this video in such a short time. The composer also created 8 different tracks for this video!”

Again, it’s worth noting that there’s no actual gameplay here. It’s a concept – showing Link running around – so he can’t really interact or fight anything. He does, however, seem to have the ability to jump and can even glide.
